For speed, please read our FAQ before sending us a message. If this doesn’t answer your query then please send an email and we will respond. We don’t use chat bots, we are real people, and it make take a few days for us to respond. 

We charge a flat rate accross three shipping zones United Kingdom, Europe and North America.

We take secure payments through PayPal which accept the following cards:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron
  • MasterCard / Eurocard
  • Maestro
  • American Express.

Debit cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Delivery is usually within 2-4 working days, with the exception of any commissioned items that will take longer. If a special commission has been ordered we will advise of a delivery date.

Our shop is secure with payments being taken via Paypal. For other concerns such as your privacy, cookies, GDPR etc see our legal pages.

Once your order is taken and your payment received, we prepare your item(s) for shipping and send them promptly.

Please check the current rulings on the address you are requesting delivery to. The Make Shed aren’t responsible for any taxes or import duties by local or international couriers.

Yes, we will send you an invoice to your designated email address confirming your order. You also receive an order confirmation from PayPal.
