The Heathland Top – from The Make Shed’s Handmade collection.

The Heathland Top is a relaxed floaty, easy to wear garment crafted from wonderful tumbled soft linen. It has a fun peplum detail, with 3/4 drop ballon sleeves round neck to the front finishing with a rouleau loop and  button fastening at the back.

Care

100% European Linen,

Wash at 30 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble. Shake out and dry flat. Dark colours may bleed initially so wash separately. Linen will always seize up after washing but as soon as you start to use/wear it the fibres relax again.

Into The Wild

Into The Wild is our Autumn collection for 2024 with soft hues of rhubarb, chocolate, putty and indigo. Billowing drapey linen fabric, soft sculptured shapes, teamed with super chunky knits setting the theme. Taking our inspiration from the sense of escape and ‘getting away from it all’. We care about how we create our clothing, using natural products such as wools and linens that have provenance. Creating designs that are timeless, garments that let you add to your existing wardrobe. We design and craft the garments in our studio/shed, producing clothing in small batches to reduce waste. This in turn means you buy less, but buy better. You collect a range of clothing that lasts longer and brings more enjoyment.
